14th Year of Plain Bible Teaching

Bible and Coffee at the Lake

The first year of Plain Bible Teaching began on August 1, 2005. Now after completing thirteen years, the fourteenth year begins today. I want to extend a big “thank you” to all of you for reading, commenting, and sharing this material with others. My primary goal has always been to publish materials that can accurately be described as “plain Bible teaching” so that those who read might be taught or be reminded of how to please the Lord and understand His will. My secondary goal has been to maintain this site and consistently add to it so that it could become a valuable resource for those who are interested in “plain Bible teaching.” I feel blessed that I’ve been able to do this over the past several years.

The Future of Plain Bible Teaching

Moving forward, Plain Bible Teaching will continue publishing the same types of articles, series, and podcasts. However, as always, I continue to try to think of ways to improve the site – including possible new features to add. With this in mind, I’d appreciate it if you could take a couple minutes to complete the reader survey and let me know what new feature(s) you might like to see and what topics you would like to be covered.

Take the Plain Bible Teaching Reader Survey. [The survey is now closed. Thanks to everyone who provided feedback!]

I won’t make any promises as far as what may be added. Through the years of preaching and writing I’ve had to learn that I can’t do everything and need to try and work within my limitations. So while I continue to look for ways to improve or expand this site, I want to do so wisely. Getting feedback from you will help me do that.

I have been reading your articles for many years. Thanks for doing some very good teaching. I do appreciate it.

  2. Thank you, Wayne. I appreciate your encouragement.

Thank you Andy for your accurate presentation of the Word of God and reinforcing the truth that was once delivered. I found that those who want to know the truth will recognize and accept it but there are those don’t really want to change their old ways even with all the truth presented to them. You wonder just how sincere they are in seeking to walk in His ways.

  4. Thank you, Mary. You’re right, wanting to know the truth is a big factor in whether someone will recognize the truth. It’s sad that more people don’t want to know the truth.
